ELECTION DAY IS THIS SATURDAY, APRIL 29

Simone Levine for Criminal Court Judge, Section A

A fighter for safer streets and real justice

Keeping our communities safe and our courts fair.

ABOUT SIMONE Levine

Safer streets. Fair on justice.

Simone Levine is running for judge because when you see what is broken in our system, she believes you have an obligation to change it. She has led the movement for clean courts for years, ensuring rape crime victims and domestic violence victims are not jailed as a result of phony DA subpoenas.

As a violent crime survivor herself,  Simone understands that justice must be survivor-focused and trauma-informed:

  • Listen to victims, allow them separate space in the courtroom as is required by the victim bill of rights, and encourage them space to participate fully in court proceedings
  • Ensure that families are respected, and their wishes are heard
